Based on Real Body Talk by A. Brahman

Introduction

The body moves in so many different ways, each movement has a meaning, some meanings have more importance than others, or some movements may say more than others. But one way or another the body by it's movements appears to talk or at least give signs to others that the individual is giving out some sort of message or another.

But what causes the body to act in such ways? Is it just a chemical reaction taking place within the body? Or is it something much deeper? The ancient books of the mystical East point to something much much deeper, they point directly to the very source of our being. They point to a long line of action and reaction stemming over many lifetimes, a chain of countless desires that has been stored up by each individual over, maybe, many lives.
These desires or sometimes fears, come out in the form of what is generally termed as ‘Body Talk.' But the body says much more than we can really imagine, much more than we may even be able to presently understand. So read on with an open mind and begin to understand your body and that of others and why it says what it does.

'Real Body Talk' will help you to gain a much deeper understanding of your body, what makes your body act in the way that it does, and what the real art of understanding the body mid it's language really is.
