The Day Starts Anew - Marcia Friedman
|

 The day starts anew
The dark of night has passed
There is much we should do
Dawn
makes her debut
And brightens up our path
The day starts anew
The
Sun warms the dew
But he soon will hurry past
There is much we should do
Still
the sky is bright blue
The horizon far and vast
The day starts anew
Yet
the sand scurries through
Time's tempered glass
There is much we should do
Hope
and pleasure pursue
As long as sunlight lasts
The day starts anew
There is much we should do
